Perry's Steakhouse at Northside at SanTan Village represents a landmark build-to-suit development — delivering the acclaimed Texas-based steakhouse chain's first-ever Arizona location. The 11,000-square-foot restaurant was designed in partnership with renowned restaurant architect Aria Group Architects, Inc., and the build-to-suit was tailored to Perry's exacting specifications for a fine dining environment. The space accommodates up to 350 guests and features a main dining room, four private dining rooms, a wine wall, Bar 79, and patio dining. Developed by the Breakwell leadership and team during their tenure at Okland Capital.
