Asher Adams is a 225-key boutique hotel — part of Marriott's Autograph Collection — created through the adaptive reuse of Salt Lake City's historic Union Pacific Depot and a new-build companion structure. The project blends preserved early-1900s architecture with a modern guest tower, programmed with multiple food-and-beverage concepts and event spaces, and sits at the heart of downtown Salt Lake's Union Station district. Capitalized through a Qualified Opportunity Zone fund vehicle. Sourced and executed by the Breakwell leadership and team during their tenure at Okland Capital.
